Why we built this
Strata committees in Australia manage billions of dollars worth of property on behalf of owners — often with nothing more than a shared email inbox, a spreadsheet, and a version of Microsoft Word from 2014.
The software that does exist is either built for large strata management firms (expensive, complex, overkill for a 20-lot scheme) or so generic it doesn't understand what a quorum is.
StrataSphera is the tool we wanted: one that handles the real work of running a scheme — AGMs, levy tracking, maintenance jobs, document storage — without requiring a strata manager to operate it.
